Returns
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings that have been opened, used, or worn. This policy is in place to prioritize the health and safety of all our customers.

Refunds
If your product arrives damaged or defective, and the packaging remains unopened, we are happy to offer a refund. To qualify:
